General Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Eligibility

To use the 60 bdt platform, you must be of legal age (18 years or older) under the laws of Bangladesh. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or playing on this platform. Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful; opening an account with false information constitutes a violation of these terms. Each user may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is prohibited. If any suspicious activity is detected, 60 bdt reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. 60 bdt will not be held liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. Regularly changing your password and using a strong password is strongly recommended. The account holder bears full responsibility for all activities conducted through their account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must comply with the applicable minimum and maximum limits. After a deposit is made, it may take some time to reflect in your gaming balance, depending on the payment method. Identity verification (KYC) may be mandatory before a withdrawal request is processed. If a technical error occurs during any transaction, contact support immediately and save a screenshot. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, 60 bdt reserves the right to suspend any transaction.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, 60 bdt may offer various bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own terms and wagering requirements. It is each user's responsibility to carefully read the relevant terms before accepting any bonus. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account termination and forfeiture of bonuses. Bonuses are valid for a limited period and will be automatically cancelled upon expiry. The management reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5. Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, use of bots, software manipulation, or collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited on the platform. Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to the system will result in legal action. Harassing, insulting, or intimidating other users is a serious violation of these terms. Unauthorized use or reproduction of platform content, logos, or brand elements is prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

60 bdt reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform where possible. The latest terms will always be available on this page, and the "Last Updated" date can be used to confirm any changes. Liability & Dispute Resolution

Limitation of Liability

60 bdt is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet disruptions, or third-party issues. The platform provides services on an "as-is" basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime may occur during maintenance or upgrades.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. The support team will review the issue and endeavor to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The laws of Bangladesh shall apply to the resolution of all disputes.
